Christmas came this year with three more discs of Good Eats goodness. Exclusive to Target stores are this wonderful collection where Alton tackles such topics as Espresso, Premium ice cream, and herbs and spices. While these episodes are light on recipes for me they are also a bit light on the extras. While Food Network has added some hilarious bloopers they took out the Ask Alton segments. Let's hope this is a trend that does not continue.

There can be said that there is never too much of a really good thing. As for Good Eats, there is certainly nothing bad about these episodes though I do feel that Alton is running out of recipes after 10 years on the air and is also moving away slightly from his anti-untiasker stance.

By the way, replacement Deb was hot. ~_^
